  • jaguar www.bigcatrescue.com
I've been intrigued by jaguars for many years and have written several articles about them. In 2006, I'm writing a book on the subject. This site has good background information on the Western Hemisphere's biggest cat, with some nice pictures and additional lore about other large felids.

This site is maintained by the Wildlife Conservation Society, which is perhaps the most aggressive group trying to help jaguars. There's lots of terrific material about jaguar conservation here, as well as great photos and links to various jag-related pages within the rest of the excellent WCS website.
